Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the branding and design teams to manage end-to-end branding and packaging projects
• Coordinate with clients to understand briefs, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met
• Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and status updates
• Brief internal teams (designers, strategists, copywriters) and track progress
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
• Anticipate client needs and contribute proactively to projects
• Assist in presentations and strategic inputs where required

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency (client servicing or AM role preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Interest or experience in packaging and brand design is a plus
• A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
