Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Account Manager, located in Jaipur. As an Account Manager intern, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing accounts, addressing client inquiries, coordinating between teams, assisting with account strategy, and contributing to the delivery of client goals and objectives. You will actively participate in meetings, provide insights, and ensure project deliverables meet timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and addressing inquiries
  • Basic understanding of account management principles and ability to assist in strategy development
  • Organizational and time-management skills for tracking and delivering on client-oriented projects
  • Proficiency in basic tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems will be beneficial
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address client challenges
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Jaipur and actively participate in a collaborative team environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

Experience Required- 4 to 8 years
