Role Overview

We're looking for an Account Manager – Strategy & Client Servicing who can own client relationships while driving strategic thinking and execution across accounts. This role is suited for someone who understands how to translate business objectives into strong creative and content-led solutions, while leading teams to deliver consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Act as the lead point of contact for clients, including brand managers and key stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships through strong communication, clarity, and consistency
  • Drive conversations beyond execution — bringing ideas, perspectives, and strategic inputs to the table
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and delivery with a high standard of professionalism

Strategy & Thinking

  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable strategies and creative directions
  • Contribute to campaign planning, content ecosystems, and brand narratives
  • Bring in consumer insights, platform understanding, and trend awareness to elevate output
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, influencer, and performance teams to ensure strategic alignment

Team & Execution Ownership

  • Lead and mentor a team of account executives / associates
  • Ensure quality control across all deliverables before they reach the client
  • Drive smooth cross-functional collaboration and project management
  • Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and overall account health

Account Growth & Impact

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new ideas and solutions
  • Support in pitching, upselling, and introducing new services to clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of each brand's business to contribute meaningfully to growth

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency is mandatory
  • Strong background in client servicing with exposure to strategy and campaign planning
  • Proven ability to manage clients, internal teams, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of digital, social media, and content-led marketing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to strategic conversations

Good to Have

  • Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Exposure to influencer marketing, content production, or integrated campaigns
  • Understanding of performance marketing and data-led decision making
