Role Description
The Client Delight Manager_1-6 role is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The main responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction, addressing resident queries, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with teams to ensure seamless community operations. The role requires regular communication with society managers, resolving escalations, and implementing new features or services within societies. The ideal candidate thrives on driving user engagement and serving as a trusted partner for gated community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to address queries and build lasting client relationships.
- Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee implementations effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to address escalations and ensure smooth operations.
- Basic understanding of property and community management concepts or prior experience in a similar domain is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms, mobile applications, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business management, or a related field.
