Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Trivandrum for an Account Manager at Sravia. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to develop campaigns, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. The role also involves maintaining budgets, presenting proposals, and helping to expand client portfolios.

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Expertise in project management, budgeting, and proposal development
  • Understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and campaign strategy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in working with creative teams and marketing professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within an advertising agency is highly desirable
