Account Manager Retention Marketing

About the Role
We're looking for an Account Manager who can balance new business acquisition, campaign execution, and client relationships.
You'll manage day-to-day retention campaigns for existing clients and also lead outreach to onboard new brands that fit our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pitch to potential D2C/eCommerce brands to drive new business.
- Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS.
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Use tools like Braze,CleverTap, MoEngage, orWebEngage, for campaign setup and reporting.
- Manage client relationships strategy calls, reviews, and performance discussions.
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years in account management, retention, CRM, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and client management skills.
- A mix of strategic thinking and execution mindset.
