Account Manager Retention Marketing

Location: Remote

Experience: 0-2 years

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager who can balance new business acquisition, campaign execution, and client relationships.

You'll manage day-to-day retention campaigns for existing clients and also lead outreach to onboard new brands that fit our portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pitch to potential D2C/eCommerce brands to drive new business.
  • Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Use tools like Braze,CleverTap, MoEngage, orWebEngage, for campaign setup and reporting.
  • Manage client relationships strategy calls, reviews, and performance discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years in account management, retention, CRM, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and client management skills.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and execution mindset.
