Role Overview:
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across client Ads platforms. This is a performance-driven, data-centric role focused on improving campaign effectiveness, driving revenue growth, and supporting internal client teams. This role does not involve direct interaction with end advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns (Products, Brands, Display)
- Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversions) and implement optimizations
- Improve campaign performance through data-driven strategies
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract insights using Amazon Ads tools
- Prepare reports and track performance against revenue goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Ad Success, Seller/Vendor, and Product teams
- Resolve campaign issues and support execution of strategies
Sales & Revenue Management
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce
Performance & Compliance
- Meet SLAs, activity metrics, and quality standards
- Follow SOPs and ensure data/privacy compliance
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising / performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization and online advertising
- Experience managing global clients/accounts
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
