Job Summary:
GTF Technologies is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Success Sr. Specialist / Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and overall client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at managing multiple clients and campaigns in the fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Technical Skills:- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B Testing
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted partnerships while deeply understanding their business goals to craft high-impact, tailored digital marketing strategies.
Lead end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channelsoverseeing planning, execution, and real-time optimization using advanced technical insights and data-driven strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of campaign specialists while coordinating with internal departments (creative, analytics, social, marketing) to ensure the seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
Own all technical client communications, translating complex performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROI) into clear, strategic recommendations. Drive discussions that support high-level, data-informed decision-making.
Quickly address client concerns and campaign-related technical issues, leveraging leading industry tools and analytical approaches to deliver strong solutions and continuous performance improvements.
Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of paid media ecosystems, campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Strong technical understanding of campaign platforms and performance metrics is essential, along with proven experience in managing teams and leading strategy for high-value clients.
