Position: Accounts Manager

Experience Required: 58 years

Qualification: CA / CA-Inter

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliances, manage financial reporting, and support management in financial decision-making. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and hands-on experience in accounting software.

• Manage and supervise the complete accounting function of the organization.
• Finalization of books of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory laws.
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C).
• Deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns and related reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ageing analysis, and cash flow management.
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, and statutory registers.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations, fund management, and loan documentation.
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and Taxation.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good coordination and leadership abilities.

• Prior experience in manufacturing, real estate, service industry, or CA firm is an advantage.
• Candidates residing in or around Jabalpur will be preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
