Job Description

As an Account Manager at OnDot Media, you will serve as the principal point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts managing relationships end-to-end, owning delivery quality and revenue growth, and ensuring clients marketing/demandgeneration goals are met through OnDot's solutions.

You will coordinate across internal teams (research, content, creatives, campaign execution) and clients to deliver tailored B2B marketing programs (ABM, content syndication, advertising, webinars, etc.) that align with client objectives and OnDot's service offerings.

Your goal will be to build long-term client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as main point-of-contact for assigned clients; maintain regular communication to understand their marketing objectives, business goals, and evolving needs.
  • Develop, propose and manage customized campaign/marketing programs using OnDot's services (ABM, intent-based marketing, content marketing, advertising, webinars, etc.) aligned to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (research, content, creative, operations) to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance; analyse results; prepare and present regular reports (performance, insights, ROI, recommendations) to clients.
  • Build and grow client relationships; ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts for upsell or cross-sell of additional OnDot services; work with sales/BD team to convert them.
  • Serve as liaison between client and internal teams; manage expectations, deliver updates, handle client queries or concerns ensuring smooth execution and transparency.
  • Maintain and update client/account documentation, plans, timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in B2B technology marketing & demand generation, bring insights to clients and internal strategy.
  • (If applicable) Support new business pitches assist in proposal creation, client presentations, scoping, and solution design.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related).
  • 36 years (or more) of experience in account management / client servicing / sales / marketing ideally with exposure to B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or demand generation agency environment.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation, and interpersonal skills able to interact with senior stakeholders, clients globally, and internal teams.
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing concepts ABM, content marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, demand generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously; excellent organisational & projectmanagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting campaign performance data, deriving insights, and making recommendations.
  • Clientcentric approach with strong focus on customer satisfaction, relationship building, reliability and ownership.
  • Proactive, selfdriven, resultoriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Flexibility willing to coordinate across time zones if working with global clients, and adapt to evolving client needs.
