As an Account Manager in our Account Services department, you'll have the chance to:
Client Management:
Develop client specific strategy alongside stakeholders from Sales, Solutions, Trading,
DnA and Marketing teams.
Execute strategy either independently or collaboratively (with support from AM
Lead).
Confidently pivot focus and priorities based on new information whilst steering
towards the end goal.
Nurture and grow MiQ's key accounts via upsell/cross sell.
Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, and identify
opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs.
Flex to the needs of each client without compromising MiQ in the process and
resolve any issues swiftly and without fallout.
Maintain regular communication with all accounts including scheduling, hosting and
supporting in face-to-face meetings, entertainment & business reviews.
Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and
our clients.
