Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts in the US market
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
After-sales and service leaders
Training and L&D teams
Digital transformation and innovation teams
Act as a trusted advisor to customers
Deal Management
Own the end-to-end lifecycle for account expansion opportunities
Lead client discussions, solution presentations, and workshops
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery) to drive deal closure
Customer Success & Adoption
Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of solutions
Monitor account health, usage, and impact
Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
Qualifications
Experience
5–8 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success
Proven experience managing enterprise clients in:
Automotive, or
Industrial / Manufacturing sectors
Skills
Strong consultative selling and account management capabilities
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (Director / VP level)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
Exposure to 3D, immersive, or digital twin technologies
Experience working in or with the US market
Valid US visa or ability to travel to the US is a plus
