Job Summary
We seek a motivated Executive to grow media sales and manage key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in advertising sales, digital media, sponsorships, or media partnerships, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsible for lead generation, pitching, closing deals, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable media sales solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services to existing clients.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales, media sales, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of media sales channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS, and other media sales metrics.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
