Job Title Sales Executive / Account Manager – Media sales

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (On Site)

Experience Required: Minimum1- 3 years

Job Summary

We seek a motivated Executive to grow media sales and manage key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in advertising sales, digital media, sponsorships, or media partnerships, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsible for lead generation, pitching, closing deals, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable media sales solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services to existing clients.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales, media sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of media sales channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS, and other media sales metrics.
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
