This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strong relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating projects, resolving client inquiries, monitoring project timelines, and overseeing financial aspects such as invoicing and budgeting. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Financial Management, including invoicing, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the furniture or interior contracting industry is a plus
