Maintain books of accounts as per Ind AS and applicable laws. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closures Oversee the preparation of MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and variance analysis. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and close audit observations. Manage working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory funding. Handle end-to-end accounting and compliance for imports and exports. Oversee banking operations, LC documentation, BGs, and forex transactions Perform detailed ratio analysis and support strategic and regulatory purposes Ensure compliance with GST, including returns and audits. Handle Income Tax, TDS, advance tax, and assessments. Manage statutory filings under Companies Act, ROC, and other applicable laws. Liaise with tax consultants and regulatory authorities as required Oversee product costing, BOM, standard vs actual costing, and cost sheets. Monitor inventory valuation, WIP, scrap, and yield analysis. Support cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives. Track manufacturing variances and overhead absorption. Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks. Support ERP/accounting system implementation and upgrades Lead, mentor, manage and review the performance of the team with clear task allocation and accountability. Ensure timely execution of tasks and continuous capability development. Review team outputs for compliance, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. Act as the escalation point for complex finance, taxation, and EXIM matters. Ensure proper coordination, documentation, and internal control adherence across the team.
