Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring that clients needs are met effectively and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing account transactions, reconciling accounts, developing business strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, the role involves generating financial reports and collaborating with internal teams to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial record-keeping, account transactions, and account reconciliation
• Experience in customer relationship management and excellent client service skills
• Proficiency in business strategy development and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient with accounting and finance software; familiarity with real estate industry tools is a plus
• Previous experience in an account management role; experience in real estate is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
