Job Description
- We are seeking a Learning Solutions - Account Manager who will focus on achieving revenue targets by growing existing accounts and developing new business across geographies.
- The role requires strong communication skills to present technical concepts to diverse audiences and a passion for learning.
- The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of executing account plans, understanding enterprise IT skilling needs, and adapting to emerging technologies.
- This role involves working closely with customers to identify challenges, develop learning solutions, and ensure effective execution of training plans.
Responsibilities
- Business Development responsible for growing sales on Learning Solutions and contents development
- Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Director / CIO levels
- Own and drive booking, revenue and margins for PAN India and international market
- Create and manage database of prospects and leads, establish connects
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Run the sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 cities
- Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving new business in untapped customers and geography
- Analyse sales/metrics data from accounts to evolve strategy
- Drive new business in untapped customers and geographies
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Conduct training needs assessments with customers
- Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of emerging technologies as well as best practices implementations
- Evangelize certification at customers
- Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies
- Maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure execution of training plans
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around learning services
- Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities when appropriate
- Execution of effective sales campaigns
Qualifications
- BE / BSc IT / MSc IT / MBA (desirable)
