Job Description

Role Overview:

Microland is looking for an enterprising and customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships across the APAC region. This farming role, based in Bangalore, focuses on expanding existing accounts, ensuring customer success, and driving solution-oriented engagements. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong executive presence, a consultative mindset, and the ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Ownership: Own key enterprise relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts in the APAC region.

• Executive Engagement: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and aligning solutions accordingly.

• Revenue Growth (Farming): Identify and drive account mining opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding Microland's service portfolio within existing accounts.

• Solutioning & Value Creation: Understand customer pain points and business objectives; collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to craft tailored, value-driven IT infrastructure solutions.

• Account Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive account growth plans, including pipeline development, governance frameworks, and long-term customer roadmaps.

• Customer Success Management: Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and tracking KPIs and success metrics.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, presales, solutioning, and leadership teams to ensure service alignment, timely execution, and unified customer experience.

• Commercial Ownership: Lead renewal cycles, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term value and partnership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 16+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management within the IT infrastructure / managed services domain.

• Demonstrated success in farming and growing large enterprise accounts, especially in the APAC region.

• Strong consultative and solutioning skills with a solid understanding of cloud, data center, network, and digital workplace services.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence and engage CXO-level stakeholders.

• Enterprising and self-driven with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Adept at working cross-functionally across sales, delivery, and technical teams.

• Experience with commercial structuring, governance models, and SLA management
