The Opportunity

We are looking for a finance expert who lives and breathes Hospitality Accounting to take ownership of our F&B and Hotel divisions. While your core expertise will be in hospitality, joining us means you will also gain unique, hands-on exposure to Healthcare and Clinical Pharmacy accounting—broadening your professional portfolio across two major industries.
Core Responsibilities (Hospitality Focus)
- Revenue & OTA Management: Full ownership of revenue tracking for Rooms and F&B, including complex reconciliations for OTAs, corporate bookings, and direct guests.
- Cost Control: Monitoring food & beverage costs, inventory shrinkage, and operational overheads to protect margins.
- Vendor & Payroll: Managing payables, receivables, and vendor relationships across our hotel and restaurant entities.
- Compliance: Ensuring 100% accuracy in GST, TDS, and statutory filings specific to the hospitality sector.
- Reporting: Preparing MIS reports that help leadership make data-driven decisions for Lake View Hotel and Stay Blessed Corporate Housing.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Hospitality Background: Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically within Hotels, Resorts, or Restaurant Groups.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Night Audits, POS reconciliations, and hospitality-specific tax structures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books and advanced Excel skills.
- Local Insight: Based in Hyderabad and ready to work on-site.
