Preferably in Bengaluru or willing to relocate(remote negotiable; in-person for client meetings is valuable)
Growth PathMonth 1-3:Implementation Specialist Client Success mindset
Month 3-6:Implementation Specialist Senior Implementation Coordinator
Month 6-12:Senior Coordinator Implementation Lead / Client Success Manager(owning 3-5 client accounts)
12+ months:Client Success Manager Director of Customer Success(building and leading the team)
This isn't hypothetical. You'll be running implementations by month 2. Writing implementation playbooks by month 3. By month 6, you own client strategy.
The DetailsQ: Do I need technical product knowledge
A: No. You need to be a fast learner and client-obsessed. We'll teach you our product; you teach us how to serve clients better.
Q: What if I haven't done implementation before
A: If you've done customer success, program management, or operations in SaaS/EdTech, you've got 80% of what you need. The rest we teach.
Q: Is this permanent or contract
A: Permanent, full-time. We're building a team around this role.
