Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing customized solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, revenue, and client feedback.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support business development activities where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an added advantage.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
