About The Opportunity

We operate in the digital commerce and ecommerce enablement sector, partnering with brands and retailers to grow online revenue across marketplaces, D2C stores and paid performance channels. Our teams build and execute marketplace strategies, manage storefront operations, and run datadriven marketing to maximise conversion and margin.

We are hiring an Ecommerce Account Manager to be based in India (onsite) to own client relationships, drive sales growth, and coordinate crossfunctional delivery for key ecommerce accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact for assigned ecommerce accountsbuild trust, manage expectations, and translate business goals into executable roadmaps.
  • Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through assortment expansion, pricing strategies, promotions, and upsell initiatives.
  • Own marketplace and storefront operations: product listings, catalog health, SKU management, pricing, inventory coordination and order escalations.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns (sponsored ads, PPC, SEO tactics) in partnership with marketing teams to hit sales and ROI targets.
  • Monitor sales, traffic and ad performance; generate actionable insights, deliver weekly/monthly reports and recommended action plans to clients.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional stakeholders (operations, creative, supply chain, analytics) to ensure timely launches, SLAs and issue resolution.

  • Comfort working onsite in India and coordinating across operations, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver client commitments.
