Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience Required:6+ years

Work Schedule: Flexible shift depending on the client and the requirement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager with strong e-commerce experience to manage end-to-end digital performance and strategy for multiple client accounts. The role requires hands-on expertise across paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization, along with the ability to find out/implement actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and managee-commerce digital marketing accountsacross platforms such asGoogle Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Marketplace media.
  • Develop and executefull-funnel strategiesfocused on traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Plan, launch, and optimizeperformance campaignsincluding Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Paid Social, and Retargeting
  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs:ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate, revenue, and LTV
  • Leadbudget allocation and pacing, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze performance usingGA4, Google Tag Manager, platform dashboards, and attribution tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, tech) to improvecreative performance and landing page conversion
  • Prepareweekly/monthly performance reportswith clear insights and recommendations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and driving strategic conversations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team ofperformance executives and specialists
  • Allocate work, set priorities, and ensurehigh-quality delivery across accounts
  • Conductregular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development plans
  • Provide hands-on guidance oncampaign structure, optimization, and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience indigital performance marketing, withstrong e-commerce focus
  • Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)andPaid Social platforms
  • Proven experience drivingonline sales and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding oftracking, pixels, and conversion setup(GA4, GTM, Meta, TikTok)
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights intocommercial recommendations
  • Experience managingmultiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills
