IT Staffing Accounts Manager

Hybrid / Remote is fine. ( But should be find visiting Noida location on need basis )

Client Relationship & Account Growth

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing IT staffing clients, ensuring consistent delivery and high satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, project timelines, and workforce plans.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts through additional roles, new teams, or service offerings.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to track performance, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.

Requirement Management & Fulfillment

  • Work closely with clients to gather detailed job requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requisitions for the recruiting team.
  • Prioritize and assign job orders to recruiters, ensuring timely sourcing and submission of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor the progress of each requirement, ensuring SLAs, submission quality, and delivery timelines are met.
  • Review candidate profiles before submission to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Recruiting Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate daily with the recruiting team to provide clarity on job priorities, feedback, and hiring trends.
  • Share client feedback promptly to help recruiters refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.
  • Support recruiters in understanding niche skills, market availability, and client-specific preferences.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track account performance metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, job orders, and candidate pipelines.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to leadership on account health, revenue forecasts, and delivery performance.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Address client concerns related to candidate quality, onboarding, compliance, or performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations quickly and maintain strong client trust.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates, coordinating with HR, payroll, and compliance teams.

Market & Talent Insights

  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, indemand skills, and competitive market conditions.
  • Advise clients on talent availability, rate benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
