Job Description

Role: Client AccountManager - CEP

Summary:

The Client Account Manager- CEP will be responsible for end-to-end management of CEP campaigns from strategic planning to flawless execution. The role involvesclose coordination with internalteams and externalbrand partners to ensure smoothdelivery of campaigns, optimal utilization of inventory, and achievement of business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEP campaigns from planning to successful execution.
  • Manage critical partnerships and relationships with the brandsto understand their expectations from MyGate and set the same expectations to CDG teams.
  • Facilitate brand managers with various requirements coming from brands and curate the society data accordingly.
  • Run various agendas to ensure high utilization of inventory and greater results.
  • Review all Campaigns PI with the Brand Managerand publish a weekly/monthly execution pipeline and strategies to achieve it.
  • Maintain RWA Approvals TAT and achievethe targeted numberof sites withinthe given timeline.
  • Manage last-minute on-ground Brand Expectations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handling brand accounts from onboarding to executing.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Event Management.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
