Shift: US shift 6.30pm to 3.30am or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Location: Goa(WFO)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth through strong communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working closely with clients, and contributing to long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, queries, and escalations.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts.
  • Oversee client accounts including contract negotiations, renewals, and performance tracking.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer behavior and account performance data to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular progress updates, business reviews, and forecasts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and contribute to account retention and revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate with 1+ year of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or related roles.
  • Sr. SDRs looking to transition into account management are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative and solution-selling approach.
  • Quick learner with technical curiosity, especially toward cloud-based or SaaS products.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle challenging conversations, and drive strategic client outcomes.
