Roles and Responsibilities - Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients across industries.
Act as the trusted advisor for customers, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and business goals.
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and support.
Product Enablement & Advocacy
Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase TurboHire's value proposition.
Resolve customer queries and requests with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
Provide actionable feedback from customer conversations to influence product design and development.
Growth & Retention - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new features to existing clients.
Develop strategies to reduce customer churn and maximize long-term retention.
Partner with Customer Success leadership to track adoption metrics and ensure measurable impact.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
Tech-savvy with a strong intent to understand and explain technology
Strong analytical skills to delve into the product deeper
Passion to drive superior experience to customers
Prior experience in HRTech and Customer Success (Desired)
Management graduate with an engineering background (Preferred)
Overall, a self-driven and highly motivated individual to drive the end-to-end customer journey.
