Role: Account Manager - Creative/Digital Agency
Exp: Minimum 3+ years of experience in agency-based client servicing roles.
Work Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad
Salary: 10 LPA - 12 LPA
We are looking for a Client Servicing Account Manager who will manage multiple brands across diverse scopes of work, including digital marketing, creative, design, copy, campaign execution, and performance marketing. This role requires strong ownership of client relationships, seamless coordination with internal teams, and end-to-end delivery as per agreed Scope of Work (SOW), timelines, and KPIs. You will act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for clients and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary POC for multiple client brands
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand each brand's business goals, scope, KPIs, and expectations
- Manage day-to-day client communications, requests, and escalations
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, results, and plans
Multi-Brand & Multi-Scope Management
- Manage multiple brands across varied scopes such as:
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Creative & Design
- Copy & Content
- Campaign planning and execution
- Ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, timelines, and ownership
- Balance priorities across brands while maintaining quality and deadlines
Internal Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with Digital, Creative, Design, Video, Copy, Planning, Analytics, and Operations teams
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks
- Ensure seamless internal and external communication
- Track progress and ensure work is delivered on time and as per SOW
Account Planning & Work Prioritization
- Develop monthly and quarterly account plans for each brand
- Prioritize work based on business impact, timelines, and dependencies
- Ensure optimal utilization of internal resources
- Anticipate risks and proactively manage timelines
Performance, Reporting & Reviews
- Track deliverables, campaign performance, and KPIs across accounts
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights
- Lead review meetings and communicate results effectively
Revenue Growth & Account Health
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across brands
- Support revenue growth through scope expansion
- Assist with payment follow-ups and collections
- Ensure overall account health and client satisfaction
Quality Control & Process Excellence
- Ensure output quality across all scopes and brands
- Maintain accurate documentation, approvals, and records
- Continuously improve internal processes and delivery efficiency
