Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Account Manager. Team Handling Experience is mandatory. With exposure of International Accounting ( Preferred UK Accounting ).The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services, while managing expectations and addressing client needs effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to meet client objectives, maintaining accurate documentation, analyzing client data to identify opportunities for growth, and resolving queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires regular interactions with clients to ensure alignment on goals while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Coordination, and Customer Service skills
  • CA Qualified or CA Inter
  • Expertise in Data Analysis, Problem Solving, and Strategic Planning
  • Efficient Time Management, Organization, and Documentation Skills
  • Proficiency in Communication, Collaboration, and Teamwork
  • Familiarity with Finance, Accounting, and Workflow Management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in business process reengineering and cost reduction strategies is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to foster long-term client relationships
