Job Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Content Partners (CPs) on the Connect platform. This role sits at the intersection of Connect success, content operations, and product collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day support for content partners, drive operational excellence in content packaging, and contribute to product and marketing initiatives that enhance partner engagement and Connect usage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Partner Management
● Serve as the primary point of contact for all Content Partners onboarded onto Connect.
● Manage day-to-day content partners queries, requests, and troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with CPs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
● Act as the voice of the CPs internally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
2. Content Operations
● Own and execute content operations workflows, including preparing and managing channel bundles for distribution platforms.
● Ensure content readiness, accuracy, and compliance with platform requirements.
● Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and publishing processes.
● Monitor and optimize operational efficiency across content pipelines.
3. Marketing & Growth Support
● Collaborate with the CPs marketing teams to plan and execute promotional strategies for Content Partners.
● Identify opportunities to improve content partner's visibility and performance on Connect.
● Support campaign execution, tracking, and reporting for platform partner-led initiatives.
4. Product Collaboration
● Gather insights, feedback, and feature requests from Content Partners.
● Translate partner needs into clear product requirements and work closely with product and engineering teams.
● Advocate for enhancements that improve usability, engagement, and overall partner experience on Connect.
Skills and Expertise Required:
● 3–8 years of experience in account management, partner management, or content operations.
● Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, OTT platforms, or media distribution (preferred).
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from partner data and performance.
● Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
● Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to partner success.
