Manager - Finance, Accounts & Compliance

Job Title: Manager - Finance, Accounts & Compliance

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to manage end-to-end finance operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, vendor payments, and financial coordination related to project procurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounting Management

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations

• Maintain books of accounts and ledger reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Monitor project-wise expenses and profitability

• Prepare monthly MIS reports

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Cash flow tracking

• Coordinate with auditors and CAs

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• GST filings and reconciliations

• TDS deductions and filings

• ROC compliance

• ESIC compliance

• EPF compliance

• Payroll statutory compliance

• Maintain compliance calendar

3. Vendor Payment Management

• Manage vendor payment schedules

• Process vendor invoices

• Track advances and settlements

• Vendor reconciliations

• Resolve payment discrepancies

4. Procurement Financial Coordination

• Coordinate project procurement payments

• Manage domestic/international vendor documentation

• Track procurement invoices

• Monitor quotations and cost comparisons

5. AMC & Operational Compliance

• Track AMCs

• Software renewals

• Insurance renewals

• Operational documentation

6. Process Improvement & Strategic Contribution

• Develop SOPs

• Improve financial controls

• Build payment workflows

• Identify cost leakages

• Support leadership with strategic planning

Candidate Requirements

• 5–10 years experience

• Preferred: Interior design/architecture/construction/real estate/hospitality background

Technical Skills

• Tally

• GST

• TDS

• Financial reporting

• Compliance tracking

• Vendor management
