We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Account Manager SMB Business with strong experience in the Commercial PC segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing small & medium business clients, understanding their IT hardware needs, and driving consistent sales growth in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the SMB customer base in the assigned territory (Mumbai region)
  • Drive sales of commercial desktop, laptop, workstation, and accessories to SMB clients
  • Engage with decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement, Admin) to understand client needs
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business targets
  • Generate new leads, follow up on existing inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales
  • Collaborate with channel partners/distributors for order fulfillment and post-sales support
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasting and reporting
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial PC solutions and competitor offerings

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales within the PC/Laptop/IT Hardware industry
  • Strong network with SMB clients in the Mumbai market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality
