Job Description

We're a real estatefocused advertising agency working with developers to build brands, drive launches, and create measurable impact. We're looking for someone who can be the single point of contact for our clientsowning communication, translating expectations into clear briefs, managing timelines, and also contributing to business growth through inbound leads and selective outreach.

This role sits at the intersection of client trust, internal execution, and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage day-to-day communication across campaigns, launches, and sustenance mandates
  • Understand client objectives deeply and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and strategy teams
  • Set expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverablesand ensure they are met
  • Present work, handle feedback, and drive revisions to closure
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes and manage them diplomatically

Internal Coordination & Delivery

  • Brief internal teams with clarity on objectives, context, and success metrics
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals across multiple projects
  • Ensure quality control before anything goes out to the client
  • Maintain project documentation, MOMs, and status updates

Business Development Support

  • Handle inbound leads: qualification, initial conversations, requirement understanding
  • Coordinate internally to develop proposals, decks, and costings
  • Assist in maintaining and nurturing the agency's pipeline and relationships

What We're Looking For

  • 15 years of experience in client servicing / account management at an advertising, branding, or digital agency
  • (Real estate experience is a big plus, but not mandatory)
  • Strong verbal communication and written skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Comfort in client-facing conversations and business discussions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Basic understanding of how creative, media, and digital teams function
