Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role, based on-site in Delhi, India. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong professional relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client deliverables, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving client concerns efficiently. Regular reporting and tracking of client performance metrics are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills to engage and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation to address client needs and concerns
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for identifying business growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration with internal teams
  • Experience with CRM tools and software is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in account management, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment
