Account Manager

We're hiring a proactive Account Manager to look after our business customers in the UAE. You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts: keeping clients happy, solving issues quickly, and working with our sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the customer experience.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UAE time (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST)

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure their needs are met promptly
• Act as the main contact for inquiries, issues, and support
• Reach out proactively to check satisfaction and spot concerns early
• Own each issue from first report to resolution
• Work with sales, marketing, and product teams on customer needs and feedback
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions in Odoo CRM
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Track industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback

What we're looking for

• 2 to 4 years in customer service or account management, preferably B2B
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• A track record of building lasting customer relationships
• Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM (or similar CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)
