Senior Account Manager

We're Hiring — Senior Accountant | Nexthara Overseas LLP | Kozhikode

At Nexthara, we are on a mission to make quality international education accessible to every student in Kerala — through end-to-end education loan support, admissions, and visa guidance. We are growing fast, and we need a sharp, detail-oriented accountant to own our financial operations.

The Role

You will be the financial backbone of a dynamic, fast-growing edtech and fintech company. This is not a routine bookkeeping job — you will work directly with the MD, manage multi-lender commission tracking, GST compliance, payroll, and produce monthly financial reports that drive real business decisions.

What You Will Do

— Manage day-to-day accounting using Zoho Books

— GST filing — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation

— TDS deduction, remittance, and quarterly returns

— MIS reporting — monthly P&L, cash flow, balance sheet to MD

— Payroll processing including variable incentives and bonuses

— Bank reconciliation — daily, zero unreconciled items

— Commission tracking from 10+ lending partners (SBI, Prodigy Finance, Avanse, Credila)

— Vendor invoice verification and payment processing

— Audit-ready documentation at all times

What We Are Looking For

— B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

— 2 to 3 years of accounting experience

— Hands-on with Zoho Books — mandatory

— Strong GST and TDS knowledge

— MIS reporting experience

— High accuracy, ownership mindset, and zero tolerance for backlogs

— Based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode
