Roles and Responsibilities: Manager – Accounts
- Take up accounting function both for foreign entities as well as Indian entities with the responsibility for:
- Global statutory audits, Financial Statements, Annual Reports, board presentation
- Accounts and bookkeeping, monthly closing, accounting entries, complex journal entries, provisions, vendor, customers and bank related reconciliation
- IFRS experience is desirable
- SAP knowledge mandatory
- Manufacturing industry experience desirable
- Statutory compliances – VAT foreign companies, Direct and Indirect tax – including group companies located globally
- MIS and reporting including budget and variances
- Working on ad-hoc requirements as per needs
- Ensure proper and effective communication with team abroad in North America, Middle East, and other regions
- Regular review of books of accounts and help in implementing best practices
- Support audits other than statutory – internal, VAT, GST, ICV and so on
- Prepare projected cash flow
- Oversee activities of Customs and GST
- Setting up of bank payments
- Initiatives for cost saving & Revenue generation
- Oversee day to day operations of payables
- Ensure that there is no internal control failure
- Compliance to internal audit requirements
- Ensures Professional development of colleagues & team members
- Implementation of special Projects
- Train colleagues and counter team members across locations
Minimum Qualification and Experience requirement:
- Chartered Accountant with experience from 6 -12 years.
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge of SAP and big4/MNC background.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and very good Excel Skills
