Travel Requirement: Client visits within Bangalore and outside Bangalore (as required)
Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience working with Indian Banks. The role involves managing key client accounts, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. The candidate should be comfortable with regular client interactions and on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at banks
- Manage client expectations, escalations, and ongoing engagement
- Support account growth through cross-sell / upsell opportunities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking clients
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and BRDs
- Work closely with product, technology, and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Validate solutions through UAT support and client sign-offs
Client Coordination & Delivery Support
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions (on-site & remote) Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure timely communication and status updates to clients
- Support implementation, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 45 years of experience as an Account Manager / Business Analyst
- Prior experience working with Indian Banks (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, Asset Management, etc.)
- Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory environment
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities

- Willingness to travel for client visits within and outside Bangalore
