As an Account Manager, your mission is to act as the primary customer partner for Brand Studio-proactively engaging stakeholders, understanding their communication needs, and translating them into high‑quality, brand‑compliant creative solutions delivered through cross‑functional teams. You will report to the Business Lead, Brand Studio.
You will drive customer outreach, manage relationships, and take full ownership of projects from initial discussions through briefing, execution, and final delivery, while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and long‑term partnership growth
You willYou have 3-6 years of experience working as an Account Manager, Client Servicing Professional, or in a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in a branding, communication, marketing, or agency environment.
