Your role

As an Account Manager, your mission is to act as the primary customer partner for Brand Studio-proactively engaging stakeholders, understanding their communication needs, and translating them into high‑quality, brand‑compliant creative solutions delivered through cross‑functional teams. You will report to the Business Lead, Brand Studio.

You will drive customer outreach, manage relationships, and take full ownership of projects from initial discussions through briefing, execution, and final delivery, while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and long‑term partnership growth

  • Act as the main point of contact and internal partner for assigned customers
  • Lead proactive customer outreach, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building
  • Own projects end‑to‑end-from customer discussions and briefing to delivery and closure
  • Translate business requirements into clear, strategic, and actionable creative briefs
  • Coordinate closely with internal creative, delivery, and operational teams to ensure timely, high‑quality output
  • Identify opportunities for scope expansion, cross‑selling, and long‑term engagement
To succeed, you will need

You have 3-6 years of experience working as an Account Manager, Client Servicing Professional, or in a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in a branding, communication, marketing, or agency environment.

  • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills (non‑negotiable)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers in a structured, process‑driven environment (non‑negotiable)
  • Experience translating customer needs into creative or communication briefs (preferred)
  • Exposure to global or cross‑functional teams and creative workflows (preferred)
