Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Dhuri. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing project timelines, overseeing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality projects and services are delivered, as well as achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Sales, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Understanding of audio-video technology, setups, and solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently within an on-site setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the audio-video or technology industry is an advantage
