Responsibilities
- 8–15 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing, with exposure to BFSI clients (domestic market).
- Strong experience in client/account management and business development.
- Must have handled BFSI GCC clients.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and account expansion.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
