Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Rohtak. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and monitoring logistics operations. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, ensuring efficient service delivery, resolving client issues, and meeting team and company goals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills to handle and grow client accounts.
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer service to address client needs effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and maintaining client records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day challenges efficiently.
