Job Summary
Avance Consulting is seeking an experienced US Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the US staffing ecosystem. The role involves end-to-end account ownership, client relationship management, requirement fulfillment, revenue growth, and coordination with internal recruitment teams for high-volume and niche IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with Tier-1 clients.
- Own end-to-end account management including requirement intake, distribution, fulfillment tracking, and closure.
- Work closely with client managers, vendor managers, and procurement teams to understand workforce needs and SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal US recruiting teams to ensure timely submissions, interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and closures.
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, increased fulfillment ratios, and new requirement penetration.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing standards including visa regulations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and onboarding processes.
- Manage rate negotiations, contract terms, extensions, and renewals.
- Track KPIs such as submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, fulfillment TAT, and revenue metrics.
- Provide regular account reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.
- Stay updated on US market trends, client technologies, and staffing demands.
