Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Noida. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their needs, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling client communications, identifying business growth opportunities, preparing sales reports, resolving client concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare products is an advantage
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
