Account Manager

Role : Account Manager – Advertising Agency

Role Overview :

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects from brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client requirements and brief/debrief creative, design, copy and other internal teams.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop campaigns, communication, and brand solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
• Lead client presentations and confidently present creative concepts and campaigns.
• Participate in new business pitches, including developing pitch narratives and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage creative team bandwidth, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage client feedback and ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for further business.

Experience
