Job Description

The Role

We'reMerakiPeople, an AI-powered sales enablement platform. We've launched innovative learning and assessment solutions with Career247 (India's largest upskilling platform, 2M+ learners) and are now scaling to more clients.

We needyouto own the implementation, adoption, and customer success of our solutions with Career247 and future clients. You're the bridge between our product team and customersensuring they realize value quickly, adopt deeply, and succeed.

You report directly to the founder.

What You'll Actually Do

Month 1: Master the Implementation Playbook

  • Week 1:Deep dive into how Career247 uses our solutions. Understand their goals, workflows, and pain points.
  • Week 2:Map their operational processes to our product capabilities. Identify quick wins and sticking points.
  • Week 3-4:Lead training and onboarding with Career247's team. You're the expert. Get them to their first live use case.
  • By end of Month 1:You own adoption metrics. You understand their business deeply. You know what they need to succeed.

Month 2-3: Drive Adoption & Impact

  • Identify 3-5 optimization opportunities based on real Career247 usage. Document best practices. Iterate with our team.
  • Create internal documentation and guides that make implementation simpler for future clients.
  • Build your first success story: measurable outcomes from Career247's implementation.
  • Run weekly check-ins with Career247. Be their trusted advisor on how to get maximum value.
  • By end of Month 3:You're thinking strategically about client success, not tactically about tickets.

Month 4-6: Own the Client Strategy

  • You're building the playbook for scaling implementations. What works What doesn't Document it.
  • You're identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities within Career247.
  • You're positioning MerakiPeople as their strategic partner, not just a vendor.
  • You're training and mentoring other implementation team members (as we hire).
  • By Month 6:You've become the internal expert on what makes implementations succeed and are shaping our product and implementation roadmap.

Ongoing: Build Excellence

  • You're relentless about client outcomes. Every interaction, every implementation, every deliverable matters.
  • You take ownershipnot waiting for permission, moving fast, solving problems directly.
  • You're learning constantly: understanding their industry, their challenges, emerging best practices in implementation.
  • 6-12 months in:You're positioning to become ourImplementation LeadorClient Success Manageroverseeing multiple accounts.

What We're Looking For

24 years of work experiencein any of these:

  • SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success
  • EdTech operations, training coordination, or program management
  • Startup operations or scaling
  • Project/account management

Self-motivated:You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what clients need and deliver it.

Tech-savvy:Comfortable learning new tools quickly. Not intimidated by integrations, APIs, or technical workflows.

Ambitious:You want to own client outcomes. You want to scale this function and build a team.

Excellence-obsessed:You care about quality. Every client touchpoint, every implementation detail, every deliverable reflects your standards.

Strong communicator:Can write clear documentation, run client meetings, create onboarding guides, send sharp status updates. You make complex things simple.

Preferably in Bengaluru or willing to relocate(remote negotiable; in-person for client meetings is valuable)

Growth Path

Month 1-3:Implementation Specialist Client Success mindset

Month 3-6:Implementation Specialist Senior Implementation Coordinator

Month 6-12:Senior Coordinator Implementation Lead / Client Success Manager(owning 3-5 client accounts)

12+ months:Client Success Manager Director of Customer Success(building and leading the team)

This isn't hypothetical. You'll be running implementations by month 2. Writing implementation playbooks by month 3. By month 6, you own client strategy.

FAQs

Q: Do I need technical product knowledge

A: No. You need to be a fast learner and client-obsessed. We'll teach you our product; you teach us how to serve clients better.

Q: What if I haven't done implementation before

A: If you've done customer success, program management, or operations in SaaS/EdTech, you've got 80% of what you need. The rest we teach.

Q: Is this permanent or contract

A: Permanent, full-time. We're building a team around this role.

Q: How much client travel

  • A: Occasional. Mostly remote, but quarterly visits to key clients are expected.
