We are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join us and create integrated creative campaign concepts for clients around the world. You understand the young audiences, digital and social trends, and inspire our clients with intelligent, ROI-driven creativity. Role Description

This is a role for an Account Manager based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Client management - timely communication with clients, ability to track projects and ensure timelines are met.
• Undertake duties required to maintain relationships with existing Clients, including overseas travel for client meetings as necessary.
• Social media community management, content management, post scheduling & working with creative team.
• Social media outreach - either with influencers or with other thought leaders.
• Leveraging current trends to incorporate into brand content.
• Ideation! Big and small ideas - ability to conceptualise and put together decks to communicate your ideas.
• Reporting - read and analyse metrics tied to performance of created and published content.
• Good taste in aesthetics, you don't have to be a designer, but you should know when something's off

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency or client-facing marketing role, degree in Business, Marketing and Communications is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, etc.)
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with feedback loops, quick turnarounds, and changing priorities
• A team player with a get-things-done attitude
