Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Gurugram, India. As an Account Manager at Adiona, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, overseeing day-to-day client relationships and addressing their MICE and corporate travel needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist in uncovering cross-functional opportunities to drive business growth.
