Hiring criteria: Minimum 4 years at a digital marketing agency / creative studio. Must be organised, efficient and have solid people skills. Project & people management skills are the topmost criteria, along with agility to work in a fast-paced environment

An understanding of brand growth-related services is key (branding, technology projects, campaigns, social media marketing, ads and more). Creative and/or strategic thinking skills are a bonus!

Role title: Account Management Lead

Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

Job Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of projects
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external teams to plan timelines and keep the deliverables running on track
  • Share strategic inputs and analysis with the teams
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling/cross-selling services
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and share regular updates with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • New business strategies, pitches and presentations
