What You'll Do: Own client onboarding end to end. Timelines, materials, coordination. Zero slippage.
- Write directly to founders and CX leaders. Emails, agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups. Every word precise and intentional.
- Run CRM discipline. Log every interaction. Flag risks before they become problems.
- Learn the technical layer (APIs, webhooks, agent architecture) then translate it into language non-technical clients can act on.
- Structure client feedback for the product team. No raw data dumps. Actionable inputs only.
- Build repeatable playbooks: onboarding docs, templates, success frameworks that the next hire can use from day one.
Who You Are
- Engineering graduate or final-year student. CS or IT preferred.
- You write clearly and directly. We will test this during hiring.
- You're organized without reminders. Attention to detail and consistent follow-through are baseline expectations, not differentiators.
- You understand terms like APIs, webhooks, CSAT, NPS, and ROI.
- You learn tools by using them, not by waiting for a walkthrough.
- Full-time availability required. Non-negotiable.
