What You'll Do: Own client onboarding end to end. Timelines, materials, coordination. Zero slippage.

  1. Write directly to founders and CX leaders. Emails, agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups. Every word precise and intentional.
  2. Run CRM discipline. Log every interaction. Flag risks before they become problems.
  3. Learn the technical layer (APIs, webhooks, agent architecture) then translate it into language non-technical clients can act on.
  4. Structure client feedback for the product team. No raw data dumps. Actionable inputs only.
  5. Build repeatable playbooks: onboarding docs, templates, success frameworks that the next hire can use from day one.

Who You Are

  1. Engineering graduate or final-year student. CS or IT preferred.
  2. You write clearly and directly. We will test this during hiring.
  3. You're organized without reminders. Attention to detail and consistent follow-through are baseline expectations, not differentiators.
  4. You understand terms like APIs, webhooks, CSAT, NPS, and ROI.
  5. You learn tools by using them, not by waiting for a walkthrough.
  6. Full-time availability required. Non-negotiable.
